Back when I started here, I was in football and in order for me to get the most out of the program I had to come five days a week. Everyday I would go straight from school over to Huntington. ACT Scores
My daughter had come in needing to get a 22 on her ACT in order to qualify for a scholarship that she had received for her college. Scoring low on the test the center gave her, we were concerned. The Director assured us that though there would be a lot of work, if we followed the plan we could make it. We had our doubts, but started her. She took her first practice test a few weeks later - and she has already met her goal! She takes the test in a few weeks, and we cannot wait to see the results! Thank you Huntington!
School is now COOL
When I first came to Huntington, I hated school. I hated school because I couldn't read and I felt like everyone was better than me.

My Son, Danny, was not satisfied with his ACT score of 30 so he insisted on us signing him at Huntington to improve that score. They tested him and found the area that he could improve upon. Danny went twice a week for only three weeks, with the instructors working around his busy schedule. He then retook the ACT and he scored a 34. He is FINALLY happy with his score. Thank you Huntington!

We enrolled our daughter in Huntington the summer after she finished first grade and was below grade level. She was struggling with all aspects of reading and was very frustrated when we tried to help her with it at home. The Huntington instructors knew how to teach to her specific needs, and they also knew how to approach her as a unique person. We kept her in the program for about a year and a half - cutting back on the frequency of her sessions after she caught up to grade level in second grade. The teachers and administrators were wonderful and really got to know her well. She is doing well in third grade and we give Huntington the credit!

Huntington has made a world of difference for my child. They develop a specific learning plan that is geared towards your child's strengths and weaknesses. My child was struggling and getting frustrated with school. His confidence was starting to plunge. We tried tutors over the summer with little success. In just a few months after starting Huntington, his scores were improving across the board in all areas. He was bumped up in both reading and math. His first report card was straight As! I would recommend Huntington to anyone considering tutoring-- it truly works! The staff is also very kind and nurturing.
