Welcome to the Huntington Learning Center Richmond-Short Pump. Our tutoring and test prep center opened in 2018 and is conveniently located just west of the Short Pump Town Center in Towne Center West.  We are a local, family-owned business with deep ties to the Greater Richmond, VA community and our schools. We will work with students of all ages to build skills, increase confidence, and achieve students' academic goals.

For over 40 years, Huntington Learning Centers have been the premier provider of tutoring and exam preparation services to students of all ages and we are excited to offer the Huntington system in Richmond’s West End.

Huntington Learning Center Richmond-Short Pump’s executive director and owner, Larry Frank, is a former telecommunications and education technology executive and previously served as president of the Rotary Club of Goochland. He and his wife, Anne-Marie, are passionate about education and ensuring the students success.

We will conduct a comprehensive academic evaluation for all new students to benchmark where they currently are and to identify gaps that need to be addressed. Personalized tutoring programs are developed for each student that target not only these academic needs, but also to build the confidence needed to provide the drive and motivation they will need for years to come.

We look forward to seeing and serving the students of the Greater Richmond area.
