In-Person & Online Tutoring - Pembroke Pines, FL

Our Huntington Learning Center has been serving in Pembroke Pines for over 20 years. We offer a warm and dynamic learning environment for children as young as 4 years old to adult. We provide a unique personalized education program for children that need additional help or enrichment in reading, math, writing and/or study skills. We provide private tutoring for SAT and ACT preparation. In addition, we prepare students for high school entrance exams, as well as the GED and the ASVAB test. Subject tutoring is also available in Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry and other subjects.

Mel Velez and Liz Alicea-Velez became owners of the center 8 years ago. They are honored to help the children of Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Cooper City, to develop important skills and become more successful in school. The staff is made up of state certified teachers that understand the challenges that students face in school. They aim to make a difference in every student who walks through the door. Our success rate for our center is phenomenal! Our SAT & ACT students scores increase and students who start at Huntington without knowing basic phonics or reading fluency skills leave the program as fluid readers one grade level above. The students that complete the programs are fortified with strong skills and renewed self-confidence. Please come and visit our center, and find out for yourself!
