Huntington is the oldest learning center in the United States with over 45 years in operation. Since 2005, in the heart of Spring Branch, Huntington Learning Center Memorial has helped countless kids perform better in school. Our strength is our ability to increase students’ fundamental reading, writing and math efficiencies. By taking the time to focus on foundational skills, our students’ grades, confidence and attitude improve tremendously. In addition, we have a very robust SAT and ACT prep program and offer classic one-on-one subject tutoring for all subjects.
We love our community. For the last eight years, Huntington has been a proud member of the Spring Branch Good Neighbor Program as well as the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. Our owner, John Pisklak, sits on the Spring Branch ISD District Improvement Team. Our Huntington staff are long-time Spring Branch residents who often volunteer and mentor in our local schools.
John Pisklak has been our owner and operator for over sixteen years. He has a degree from Texas A&M University and worked for many years in the energy trading industry before following his passion for education and investing in Huntington Learning Center. John is married and has three daughters.
