We are here for all tutoring and learning support. HLC provides the best foundational skills in all areas of academics and we will find the best program to support you and your students academics, at (916) 728-2981.

Our center:
HLC Citrus Heights, with a 5.0 rating on Google, has been in the area for over two decades, providing support and encouragement for thousands of local students. Here at the center, we strive to give every student the best education possible.
Center Director:
Debi Nason has been with HLC since August 2008. She runs a center that is supportive and fun, yet academically "one of the best" , for her staff and her students.
Education Director:
David Layfer has been a part of HLC since April 2007. He continues to build an excellent teaching staff that loves to see students succeed.
Exam Prep Coordinator:
Jeff Scatena has been at HLC since December 2007 & he has extensive knowledge of the SAT/ACT and runs our Exam Prep department.
